Hands down Britax Marathon is the best car seat out there.  We bought my daughter a Marathon two years ago and love it as much today as the day we first installed it.  It is easy to put into your car and is a very comfortable ride.  My daughter sometimes asks me to keep driving instead of going home so she can chill in her car seat longer.

Also, it is nice that you can have this car seat either rear facing or forward facing. We actually just bought a Marathon for our son since we are tired of the infant carrier. 

Overall, my children's safety is what is most important and this seat provides just that.  It is safe and I can feel secure with my children being in the car.  It is worth the price!!!!
