Pros

    Well-rated, best safety features, can be used rear-facing for newborn, Comes out of the wash like BRAND NEW!, Can be used rear-facing until 33 lbs!, My 4.5 YO still can't escape!, Comfortable for long car trips, Easy to install/uninstall, can be used until 65 lbs.

Cons
    Is large in smaller cars, expensive, extremely heavy, can't buy accessories in the store

I contimplated about what car seat to buy when i was ready to move my little one up . we started with tthe chicco carfit and i loved it. we were in an accident and my baby was completely safe. after that we upgraded to the britax marathon i read many reviews before buying it. It is very safe and snug in ourr car i will say its heavy and bulky but im not complaining b/c i get what i paid for oit is safe and recommend by so many even my pediatrician.
