Love the seat...But one issue

Pros

Comes out of the wash like BRAND NEW!, Has colorful design., The cover is so pretty, Easy to install/uninstall, Comfortable for long car trips, can be used until 65 lbs., Easily disassembled to clean up messes, best safety features, can be used rear-facing for newborn

Cons

Is large in smaller cars, expensive, straps twist, buckles not easy to use

I bought the Marathon because I wanted my daughter to be SAFE. Love the car seat and the fact that the cover can be replaced. But I hate the buckling system. The bottom buckle constantly gets stuck under her bottom when she sits down and it is so hard to get it out from under her to buckle her in. She is now 38 lbs had this problem since we bought it.

This is a big seat also. My friend has a new explorer and she could not get a Marathon in it correctly.

Over all good seat and love the fact that it is one of the safest.
