Britax Boulevard Review

I spent forever researching to find the perfect car seat for our infant son. I wanted a car seat with not just high safety ratings, but stellar ratings. It also had to be comfortable for long trips as we travel to visit family at least every month. After researching safety ratings, product ratings, and car seat message boards, I decided on this car seat, and I am very pleased with it. Some pros are: side impact protection (a feature only available in a select few car seats, and a MUST have if you have to place the seat near a door instead of the center) this feature also makes a great headrest for sleeping babies...no more slumped over heads!; soft, comfortable fabric; lots of extra padding for a completely comfortable ride; knob enables you to easily adjustable straps without rethreading; goes up to 65 lbs; extremely well built...very heavy and durable (no sliding around with this one!). The seat is very comfortable and my baby actually likes sitting in it, which is a definite plus! The only con is the price tag...Britax car seats are very expensive, and this model usually runs about $300 unless you find them on sale. But believe me, they are well worth every penny! They are some of the safest, most durable and versatile seats on the market, and look great for years.
