I have this seat for my two and a half year old son, and I love it. We bought it when he was 9 months old because he outgrew his infant seat, and I am VERY pleased that this seat allows for a higher rear-facing weight limit. Britax was the first company to do this and I think it's great because personally I do not think the minimum 1 year and 20 pounds is good enough, so I wanted to follow car seat expert's advice by keeping him rear-facing as long as possible. This seat allowed me to do that much longer than any other seat I had seen at the time. It is very simple to install and easy to clip him into. I feel better about all of Britax's seats since they do more extensive testing than other car seat manufacturers, but this seat is especially nice because it has side-impact protection. The wing-looking things that are at the top of the seat where the head rests are VERY thick and hard to help protect the child's head in a side impact crash. You almost can't even move them because they are so sturdy.
