There is nothing more important than the safety of your little ones when riding in the car. Car accidents are the leading cause of death for kids. I am somewhat of a self-proclaimed 'car seat nazi'. My daughter, who is 7 now, rode in a Britax Roundabout and then went to Britax Husky. She's still in the Husky and will be until she doesn't fit any longer. Of course, in other cars, she rides in boosters, but we also love the Britax Parkway booster. Britax seats in general can be spendy but it's one thing that even the bargain shopper in me, wouldn't overlook. I looked for sales and was happy with every seat we've gotten.
The Britax Boulevard is a newer model convertible seat. It's rear facing and then can be turned around and used until 60 pounds (I think). I LOVE that we went straight from the bucket seat to this one and I won't have to purchase another carseat EVER. The Boulevard is quite easy to install, especially with the LATCH system. It clips in easily. It has an infant insert to help in the early months. Otherwise, it's easy to adjust. I love that it has a knob to adjust the height, instead of having to take the whole thing apart.
The only drawback for us so far, is that the straps get twisted. I would venture to say this happens with almost all carseats and is more user error than seat fault.
