not a very good smoker!!!!!!!

steak lover, barbeque master, Mr. Fix-it, a green thumb, year round griller

Pros

Gives food a great smoked flavor

Cons

Doesn't come up to temperature, need to add coals frequently, Fire goes out too quick

i was very disapointed in this smoker! i had a hard time keeping coals hot -because no way to control draft in bottom fire pan-somebody said this grill holds fifty pounds-NO WAY! one chicken-one rack of ribs and one butt roast and alot of work to keep it hot! i would tell anyone dont buy one!sorry i had to rate this product this way but the truth is the truth,and good luck to everyone that has one.
