Brighthouse networks, Florida is the very best service I have ever seen for TV ,Internet and Phone .
I love the cable, It hardly ever goes out even with bad weather .
The phone service is fantastic, Clear sound ,even calling long distance. I can make any call in the U.S.A for free .

We have bright house cable but I can't say I am crazy about it , nor do I hate it. We have it because it's a monopoly, there is no other choice for us, so whether you like it or hate it you have no choice to use it.  Also Bright House does not have enough HD channels either, we have 2 of each channel... read full review »

The product is very good but the business office is incompetent
a busy person, married, a pet owner, I believe in honesty, quality conscious, not rich, Every day computer user, into school rank

have used the cable tv for four years and have been very satisfied with the reception.  the local programming on channel 9 is very helpful especially the weather. the weather expenditures made by the station are very good. 

however, i went to the bundled services about six months ago and trouble started. the service person taking my order neglected to add my second phone line. it took 6 months to get it straightened out.  i filed a complaint with the service center and was told i would have a response in a week. i am waiting a month later. the price quoted by the online salesman was low. ...

the system doesnt always work well.  i've had my box changed twice and it just messed up again.  the tivo doesnt record.

they are not always very helpful when you call. some are... but for the most part they try to make you do a reboot and think this is a fix all.

i travel and i'm not always around to pay my bills right on time... and god forbid you are late with your payment they hound you with phonecalls.
