I was skeptical at first.  I had used strips in the past and didn't really get the results I wanted in the time I wanted.  I used the Bright Teeth Whitening System  and pretty much noticed after the first application that this was going to be different. 

I saw a noticeable difference right away after teh first session.  The real surprise came after aboout the 4th use.  My teeth were whiter than I can ever remember them being... not even as a kid were they this white.  

It was pretty much an easy process. I molded my trays at home, applied whitening gel to the trays and placed them in my mouth over my teeth.  Then I inserted this laser light that is included with each kit (not sure if that helped or not but it was cool) and I let it sit for 30 minutes.  After that, I used the remineralization gel for about 5 minutes, which they say rebuilds any enamel breakdown.  That was it!  Trays were comfortable and no real discomfort to speak of.  I  would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a whiter smile.
