Bright Stars Bounce Baby Activity Center Review Summary

Busy parent reviewers agree that the Bright Stars Bounce Baby Activity Center gives them a chance to do those long awaited, and dreaded task of laundry and dishes or the opportunity to take a shower and know that their child is safe and entertained. This inexpensive bouncer activity center provides babies with the ability to “bounce, turn, play, and actually entertain themselves!” It is easy to assemble and lightweight enough to carry to another room. There is even an off button when the sounds become too annoying for adult ears. Features include a detachable platform, snack tray, mirror, rattle, and a musical piano. It is designed for ages 4 months to walking. Many reviewers agree that it is a “fun, engaging, interactive toy.” However, one reviewer notes that paint chips were nibbled right off the mirror by one enterprising child, a problem they solved by removing the mirror, since he loves to play in it so much. If you ask me:
I think every parent should have some type of activity center/exersaucer for thier baby. It gets baby up off their backs and moving! They bounce, turn, play, and actually entertain themselves! They are great!

I did not own one for my first son, but recieved one for a shower gift for my...

This "activity center" was donated to us when we were expecting our first child.  I had honestly not even considered what to look for in one of these and was, truthfully, relieved to have one less thing to worry about at the time!  The Bounce Bounce Baby has been a great asset - a place to set baby...

Although my daughter is still a tad young for this product, I recommend it based on the experience I've had with it at work. Working in a nursery, I've had my fair share of time consuming assemblies for similar products. This type of toy can get particularly tedious, especially when dealing with the collapsible excer-saucers. The Star-Bright combats this trend with easy to follow instructions and fewer 'I-need-three-more-hands' steps. Granted- it certainly doesn't come ready to use, but you will find you will reduce assembly confusion significantly with this option.

 Selfish purposes aside-the babies...

I loved this seat!  We used it so much during our daughters first year.  We even used it up until she was about 15 months old.  She loved to sit in her chair and watch movies while we had to do a few things around the house.  She loved to play with the attached toys and bounce up and down to hear the fun noises the bottom thing makes.  I am def. keeping this seat around for a child in the future.  It helps out so much to be able to know that you can take a quick break and your child can be content and playing at the same time!  I loved this product.  And it was very affordable!!

I purchased the "Bounce Bounce Baby" for my second child.  This product is very bright and colorful.  I like the triangle shape makes it easy to find a spot for it when not in use.  Doesn't have as many toys as other products to keep her entertained.  The seat spins so she can access all of the three major toys.  I wish it had some sort of teether on it as she would love to chew on something while in there.  Has a plaform for bouncing. Have yet to see any real bouncing done on it.  It seems to be to tight and taught for her to get any good leverage.  Has three positions for the platform...

The Bright stars bounce baby activity center is great for toddlers. Although i also have a 5 year old who is very much jealous of her little sister. Don't get me wrong this toy/ activity bouncer keeps my youngest entertained for hours. It also serves as a detachable pillow on a stick for my 5 year old. Ive caught her once hitting her sister on the head with it. I know she thinks its like playing a game of pillow fight but its dangerous for a baby. Other than that its great it gives her different objects to play with while she develops her leg muscles. The Jumping really does help and I have...

This toy was one of the least expensive bouncers that we could find, besides the doorway jumpers (which we could not use because they would not work with our doorways).  My son liked it okay, so it gave me a few moments of peace each day.  He seemed to tire of it quickly although he was like that with most things.  I do think most kids would enjoy this as the colors are bright and the noises are funny.  If your baby is not easily entertained then think twice.  We were able to resell it for a good price so overall it was a good value.

I love this bouncer and my daughter does too. At 4 months, she met the weight requirements and such, but was just a bit too small for it. Now she fits in great and she loves it. It provides wnough support for her to sit straight like she is standing. She hates to be down so this is awesome. The only problem I have with it is the fact that the toy bar faces inward. She usually bangs her head on the mirror attachment, so I got rid of that piece. Otherwise, this one is alot sheaper than others and I think it works just fine.

I really love this toy and it was great value for money. My little boy loved to bouncy so much from about the age of 4 month on. Then when he was 10 month he had to go for a operation on his head which we thought would mean that he couldn't bouncy as much as we were afraid that he might fall and hurt him self, then we saw this toy and got it for him and it took to it straight away and is still loving it now he's 13 month old now. So I strongly recommend Bright Stars Bounce Baby Activity Center.

I am split on this product my daughter wasn't that excited about it but my son really enjoys it.

My son love to be able to sit up and see all the action. The seat is great for keeping him close when I need both hands. I put him in it when I fold clothes. I move it to the kitchen when I cook.

It is lightweight and easy to carry. I move it all the time with baby in one hand.

The music on the platform is annoying, but it can be turned off.

We had the Bright Starts Bounce Bounce Baby center for our second daughter and loved it so much that when we discovered our surprise #3 we decided we needed to get another. We got the pink version for our third little girl. She loves it. She loves the music, lights, and songs. Her favorite toy on it is the hanging mirror. It was such a great value too, compared to the bulky exersaucers. This one takes up much less space and is much more fun for her.

My daughter really enjoyed this activity.  The price was great - a whole lot less expensive than those other fancy, better-known brands.  A toy like this isn't something that you're going to get a whole lot of use out of because you baby can only use it for a couple months so I didn't want to spend a ton of money on it.  It came with some neat toys that kept her attention & it was easy for me to put together & adjust.

A coworker gave this to us after their daughter had outgrown it.  We have since loaned it out to a neighbor.  Through 3 babies, this product has held up very well.  My son loved the noises it made when he bounced on it.  He also loved to punch the music buttons and look in the mirror.  This is definitely a baby must-have!  It buys a few precious moments for mom to run to the bathroom, wash dishes, or relax:)

Our grandson loves playing in the bounce bounce baby activity center but we noticed his mouth was turning green and he had used his teeth to scrape the paint from the mirror hang down toy. His mouth was literally full of paint chips. Have not yet tested the paint but it can't be good for a baby. Need color molded toys that are not painted. We have had to remove all of the above the waist activities due to the painted surfaces.

This activity center was a blast when my daughter was learning to stand on her own.  I love the bright colors on it, and the different activities she really enjoyed.  The only problem I had with it, was there were small cracks between the seat and trays that were hard to clean out.  So as long as you don't let them eat crackers or things in it it is great!
