Probiotics have been gaining a lot of attention lately and it seems that Breyers is attempting to capitalize on this. The texture was creamy, and the flavor was good (although slightly bland). I tried the strawberry cheesecake and blueberries n' cream flavors. Again, the flavors were not very rich since there's no fat. On the positive side, it has 80 calories, 6 grams of protein and 20% of daily calcium requirements.

There are some problems with totally fat free dairy products and that is the fact that your body cannot make use of the vitamin A and D fortifications without some measure of fat as both are fat soluable....Also, without some vitamin C kick, you body has a hard time assimilating the Calcium. Just some stuff when you are reading labels-things with extra vitamin C and 1-2% milkfat are still healthy choices and let you get full benefit from the other things that you find in the products.
