My husband, mother-in-law, father-in-law and myself ALL love this machine! It makes a great cup of espresso and allows every person to make their perfect latte, mocha or shots of espresso to their own tastes. It is a huge money saver when you can make your cup of preferred coffee at home rather than going to the pricey coffee shops. It is easy to use and easy to clean and fill. I like the drop in water container so you don't have to take half of the machine apart to fill the water. Having a container to take out and over to the sink rather than pouring water into the machine and getting it everywhere is great! It is simple to steam your milk, then while the espresso is brewing, rinse your foaming wand (if you like foam...if not, dont' use the foaming wand!), wipe off the inner steam wand, then your espresso should be ready to pour into the milk and you're ready to enjoy your coffed and clean-up is already mostly done! I have noticed in other reviews elsewhere that people have complained about the ground cups getting clogged and not allowing the coffee through. When this happens to ours I just put the cup in a cup with plain white vinegar for the day (just enough to cover the cup) and it breaks down any build-up that is there and it's as good as new.

We have owned our machine for about 3 years and it has always delivered a great cup of coffee! Coffee quality is genuinely superb. And after trying a few brands, we found Lavazza to be best for flavor and our machine.We've found Lavazza (firmly packed) to best suit our machine. Cremma is perfect everytime! The only annoyance would be the vibration does make the cups move but I fixed that by putting a small rubber mat under it.
