Great machine- stands up to daily use- 2 years running

We got the Breville 2 years ago fro Christmas and have been abundantly happy.  We use it for  2 lattes nearly every day and we've never had an issue.  The product is obviously built well and we've probably saved hundreds (thousands?) off Starbucks. 

We suggest not using the pods - although convenient, they don't seem to come out as good as the loose grounds.  The steam wand has worked out great- we'd suggest a small thermometer to keep an eye on the 'ideal frothing temp' which takes any guess work out - good before the you've had your morning jolt.

Makes excellent espresso/cappucino easily better than the expensive machines.  Assembly and cleanup is easy.  Breville's customer service is dependable and top-notch.
