I recently decided to go on a liver cleanse diet/program. I was feeling groggy and slow during the day and sometimes my body just felt tired. After talking with my mother about cleanses and the human body, I thought what could it hurt. I had nothing to lose by doing it for 3-5 days. I looked up on Consumer Reports for juicers and found this one, the Breville Juicer. I took it home, read the assembling instructions once and was able to put it together all by myself (if you knew me, you would think that was a huge feat in itself). In a matter of minutes I was off to juicing and it grinded up every fruit and veggie I threw at it, skin and all! It separtes the pulp and extras very nicely in its own container, leaving the juice pulp free. I will tell you I actually have never put any of the juicer's containers in the dishwasher, I usually just hand wash them, since I use it at least twice a day. And it only takes about 5 minutes to clean, especially if you rinse it right after juicing, all the excess just rinses right off.
