    opens nasal passages

Cons
    adhesive may irritate your skin

My husband snores and these are wonderful! They help both of us sleep better - he can breathe better and he snores less. What a unique product. The only drawback is that the adhesive can be a bit irritating so he can't wear them every night and had to space them out.
