Breadman Bread Machine —

I've made all my own bread for years and I'm on my third breadmaker. Even though all breadmakers are easy to use--I mean, you pour stuff in the pan and push the button--how hard is that?--the Breadman Bread Maker is a hard worker. I've got the Breadman Pro in stainless, and it looks sleek on my countertop. It offers different features you can choose for different crusts, different weights of doughs, and different sizes of recipes so you can be sure of getting fabulous baked goods every time! I make three or four batches of bread and rolls a week, sometimes more if there's something going on at work or during the holidays, and the Breadman has been a champ for as long as I've had it. Some say they have an issue that the Breadman takes 90 minutes to make the dough, but that's not the fault of the machine...that's just the time it takes to let the yeast work! If you're making homemade bread, you devote the time one way or another. Since homemade bread is so much cheaper and waaaaay so much better than any storebought bread, I think the time is well worth it.
