Breadman Bread Machine Review

I cannot say how much I love my Breadman Ultimate Plus bread machine!!!  This is the third bread machine I'm on.  I burned up the first two by using them so much!  The Breadman Ultimate Plus comes with a wonderful instruction manual and recipe guide.  there are many wonderful recipes and I tend to make the same 4 or 5 over and over tweaking the ingredients here and there to make them my own.  I like to use my machine to make the dough only and then bake it in my oven.  I am not fond of the traditional square loaf of bread that comes out of bread machines.  This way I can make various shapes, more than 1 loaf from the dough that comes out and my breads look like they've come straight from the bakery!  The Breadman Ultimate Plus breadmaker takes the hard part out of making fresh home-baked bread.  you put the ingredients in and it mixes, kneads and rises for you.  Use the dough setting for perfect dough every time.  Clean up is a snap.  After I remove the dough, toss in the kneading paddle and fill with hot soapy water.  You can wash this in the dishwasher but I prefer to hand wash and dry.  If you love fresh baked breads, this is a must have for your kitchen!
