I absolutely love this product!  I received this hand held blender as a gift, and from the first time using it, I was hooked.  I use it when making mashed potatoes, I use it in my spaghetti sauce to blend whole tomatoes (while cooking), but the all-time best use is blending flour into gravies to thicken them.  Absolutely NO LUMPS!   I use this product at least 3 times per week.
