The Braun Multiquick hand blender is one appliance that I use almost everyday. I do a great deal of cooking and the Braun hand blender saves me time and money. I do not buy already chopped nuts or bread crumbs since these products are more expensive. Instead, I use the Braun hand blender to chop or crush such as corn flakes, herbs, nuts, or garlic. The Braun hand blender is very quick in chopping or crushing using the chopper attachment.
I use the whisk attachment for the Braun handblender to beat egg whites for desserts and souffles. The whisk attachment is also very handy for ready mix desserts such as puddings and for whipping cream.
Since I make my own soups and salad dressings, I use the Braun blender instead of a table blender or food processer. To puree soups, the food processer is not as easy or timely to use since the soup has to be cooled to place in the food processer. Also you are cleaning a larger appliance, whereas the Braun hand blender can be used in the same soup pot since it can be used with hot foods. The Braun blender is great to use when making salad dressings, since you can mix the ingredients and then add the vegetable oil while mixing the ingredients.
Besides doing a great deal of kitchen chores, it is also easy to clean and the attachments can be cleaned in the dishwasher. As I said before, I use the Braun hand blender almost every day. It is also easy to store and does not take up much space in the cabinet. I have given the Braun hand blender as bridal shower or anniversary gifts. Everyone that I know who has the Braun hand blender is very happy with the performance of the appliance.
