My husband is an avid tea drinker (mostly iced) and I love the occasional pot of Earl Grey. As such, my search for the perfect water-boiler/tea maker was to satisfy several needs. I used to boil water for my tea the old fashioned way- on a stove. You know the old saying "A watched pot never boils"?
