The best visit to my dentist was the day that my hygienist's told me about Braun Advanced Power electric toothbrush. I was over due for my teeth-cleaning so the tarter was more set than ordinarily. She recommend this affordable electric toothbrush because it helps me to apply a constant pressure without it being too severe. The Braun electric toothbrush allows me to have a really super smooth clean mouth, just like the dentist cleaning does for me. It takes only a dab of toothpaste on the small, round, replaceable head. I purchased the Braun Advance Power electric toothbrush at Target over 7 years ago and still use it. For the price I paid (can't remember exactly, but it was for sure under $50) I can't believe it has lasted! I buy one 4-pack of heads a year for $15 and that is all I need. It works a lot better than a standard toothbrush at getting between my teeth and along the gum line without feeling like I have to scrape a lot. In 60 seconds I get a better brushing than 3 minutes with a standard.

Some small drawbacks: I have a very small mouth and have a difficult time getting the head back to my wisdom teeth.... read full review »
