The product is okay if you have been using electric razors for years. My face can't adjust to the blades because of the pulsed heads on it that cause my face to burn. The razor is only good for that deep coverage and the head really get the best from there

Overall a very good shaver with great battery life, and fairly quiet compared to other shavers. A couple of small negative points: It's hard to fully brush clean the interior below and around the head. Also, the carrying case doesn't hold the charger, so if you take it on a vacation that's longer than a weekend, you will need to put it in another bag. Again, these are small points, but they are mine.
