Braun 300 Watt Immersion Review

The Braun 300 Watt Immersion Blender is an indispensable kitchen tool.  I keep discovering more and more uses for it.  It is powerful, versatile and super-easy to clean.  I was given this as a gift several years ago and it is still going strong. It comes with a large metal cup that I use to make fruit and yogurt smoothies.  It also comes with a wisk attachment that is fantastic for whipping egg whites, whipping cream and salad dressings.  My favortie use for it is making soup.  Before I had this tool, I would have to use either my food processor or traditional stand blender to make the types of soup I like.  This was not only messy, but very time consuming as I would have to wait for the hot soup to cool before blending.  Now, I can take the immersion blender directly into the pot, blend my soup and be ready to eat in minutes.  Cleaning is a breeze since the blade is waterproof.  I can stick it into the dishwasher or simply rinse it and let dry.  This is a must have kitchen tool!
