We bought two off these dolls and neither one of the codes worked on the website.  I tried to contact customer service on Christmas.  Of course, we didn't get a reply to our email that day, but here it is the end of March and still no reply.  Basically we apid $25 for a single doll.  Both of my duaghters were disappointed that they weren't able to get online and "play" with their new toys on Christmas.  I guess I should try to contact customer service again to get new codes since the other reviews about the website were good.
