My car is serviced every three thousand miles at Brandow, and the service people are always calm when dealing with me.  I don't understand anything about cars but the Brandow employees are very, very patient explaining everthing to me in detail.  When I forget a coupon, they find an extra one for me, and when I don't feel like waiting for several hours while my car is serviced, their shuttle dives bring me home and then pick me up when the car is finished.
