Over 50? Getting a colonoscopy? Try HalfLytely
Ok, so if you are over 50 you should know what a colonoscopy is. It is an exam done while under twilight sleep to see if there are any polyps, etc. in your colon. It is a fantastic screening for colon cancer. This was my second one. Each time I was given a different medication to take to prep for this exam. My husband had yet another type so there are many. *HalfLytely & Bisacodyl tablets Bowel Prep Kit* comes in a large box and required a prescription. I suppose some crazy people would use this as a weight loss product! Since the doctors' orders may vary by doctor and be different or the same as the directions on the package I won't go into too much detail about the exact directions. My doctor's directions were slightly different. First I took the two tablets that came in the box. Those are a bowel softener I was told. Around four or five hours later I mixed up one of the flavor packets that came in the box. I was given a choice of pineapple, orange, lemon-lime, and cherry. You can only pick one! I would have poured them all in this large plastic canister. There was already powered stuff in the jug that is what makes this work. After I poured the orange packet into the container I filled it up with water and then got it cold, which the pharmacist suggested. In other words it might taste better cold rather than warm. Then I started drinking 8-ounces of this slightly thick, fairly putrid liquid every 10 to 15 minutes. The instructions said that if I were to got nauseous I could drink it slower and spread it out for 1/2 an hour. *HalfLytely & Bisacodyl tablets Bowel Prep Kit *worked immediately. Needless to say I couldn't leave the house. What I liked about HalfLytely & Bisacodyl tablets Bowel Prep Kit was by nighttime I was just about cleaned out and only got up a couple of times. I remember my last cleansing I was up much of the night. This works and all in all it really wasn't too bad. I would use *HalfLytely & Bisacodyl tablets Bowel Prep Kit* again versus other options (like an enema)! The worst part was now over. Thank goodness my exam was fine and I had a nice nap.
