Comments about Bragada The Crowne Mattress - All Sizes:

I love this mattress and will never again have a mattress that isnt memory foam. I like a soft mattress and my husband likes firm, but we both like this mattress.

Firmness
It is a soft mattress, but still provides support. It isnt so soft that you just squish down into it.

Durability
My mattress is starting to sag a little on the sides, even though we have regularly rotated the mattress. It isnt really obvious when looking at the mattress, but if you sleep close to the edge of the bed, you can feel that the mattress has a slope. Feels a little like you are going to roll out of the bed.

LOVE LOVE

By

from Hereford, TX

Comments about Bragada The Crowne Mattress - All Sizes:

I am so in love with this mattress. I am a big woman. Over six foot and large athletic build and most beds are just not made for my body type. I have the king size version of the bragada mattress and I have to tell you I will never ever go back to a spring box spring and mattress. The memory foam bed has really made a difference in my sleeping and the back aches that I was experiencing in the normal mattress. We recived this as a wedding present over five years ago and it is holding up tremedously well. There is not sagging or sink holes in the mattress yet, and as I said my husband and I are both larger people. That is something to not have any sagging or holes after five years of use. There is a tiny bit of bunchin in the top layer of fabrib, but that is not a big deal.  You can just spread it back out. Also, we have noticed that when it is a really reallc cold day that the mattress can be a little hard. Not a real issue though. Love it.

Huge Disappointment! Would not recommend

By

from Rancho Santa Margarita, CA

Comments about Bragada The Crowne Mattress - All Sizes:

I was planning on purchasing a Tempur-pedic mattress when I decided to compare prices online and found the Bragada mattress website.  After speaking with a sales person, I was told to go to a store that sold Tempur-pedic and call back with which mattress I preferred. The sales person recommended their version of the tempur-pedic for less the price.  I was told that they are made exactly the same as the material is the same which is licensed from NASA...

In their defense, they say that the mattress is covered under warranty if there is an indention or concave spot that is more than 1 3/4".  I have owned the mattress for over a year and I will admit the indention is between 1.25" - 1.5".  This is very clever because although the indention is not 1 3/4, this is only with no weight on the mattress.  When I lay on the mattress, the whole situation changes because the foam collapses severely.

The real problem occurs when you lay on the mattress as the material did not hold up well.

After a little over 1 year, I began to feel like I was sleeing in a hole or like I was laying in a hammock.  My neck would be a little stiff along with my lower back.  When I called, I was asked to take multiple pictures showing if there was a 1 3/4 indention.  Since there was not, I didn't send them pictures.   After another 10 months or so, I called again as I just wasn't sleeping well and was told the same thing.  I didn't bother to send pictures again because I knew the indention was less than 1 3/4".  It was a waste of time.  I kept sleeping on the bed because I didn't want to spend another large sum of money on another king size bed and felt maybe this is just how these beds work.  It is so gradual, that you forget what it is like to sleep on a good mattress.

I got married two months ago and my wife complained right away about her night's sleep.  She asked how old the mattress was and when I told her a little over 3 years, she didn't believe me.  I rotated the mattress every three months as recommended so she was also sleeping in a hole.  Her neck began to bother her and she complains about it every day.

I called again to Bragada, and a very nice lady named Lynn asked me again to send pictures.  I sent them.  Two days later I was then asked me to send a picture of the bed frame and box springs.  I told her the indentation was not 1 3/4 and the real problem is when you lay on it.  The material collapses as though is has absolutely no support.  I weigh 140 lbs. and my wife weighs about 115.  I asked if she could send someone to my home to lay on my bed and they will realize the true problem.  She told me that it was not possible as they are on the east coast.  I felt sorry for her because I could tell she was just the messenger and it sounded like she was getting anhilated with complaints.  I could tell in the tone of her voice.

The bottom line is this.  I want to be fair and like many other reviews I recently read, I don't want to call this company a "FRAUD" .  I think that it is unfair.  It is my fault that I didn't do my homework and realize that an indentation means nothing without weight.  I should have seen how well the material holds up over a few years.  I have seen some good reviews on this mattress, but it seems as though they are all written by employees or people who just got their bed.  It was comfortable for the first year to be honest and fair.

I don't think Tempur-pedic has this big of a problem based on more research as I think I figured out why their mattresses are more expensive.  Maybe this type of mattress will always become like sleeping in a hammock over time...

I read a review from an x-employee of Bragada and if 50% of what the x-employee is true, it is appalling.  either way, I take full responsibility for it.  Without any argument, I gave them the opportunity to address my issue recently, and their only response was " Michael, the warranty department found no manufacturing defect in the mattress"... I realize that this company is just a one-time sale.  Buyer beware comes to mind when recommending Bragada mattresses.  They have a guarantee  when you buy their bed.  I have a guarantee too.  My guarantee is the bed will be a disaster in a year.

The Vienna Mattress has little support - DO NO BUY!!!

By

from Arlington Heights, IL

Comments about Bragada The Crowne Mattress - All Sizes:

The Vienna mattress does not offer good lumbar support like they claim.  You sink way too deep into it.  I end up with an aching back in the morning.   It is hard to sleep, because you sink into a deep impression in the mattress and cannot move easily.

I don't think the foam quality compares to Tempurpedic.  It does not offer the same level of support.  Probably the reason it is so much cheaper.

Plus you cannot return it.  Customer service is not so great either.   I also am skeptical that all of the glowing reviews they get are legitamate.  BUYER BEWARE.

My simple advise is do not buy a mattress that you cannot try first or return.

Bragada is the best mattress I have ever slept on.

By

from Oldsmar, FL

Comments about Bragada The Crowne Mattress - All Sizes:

I was researching information on Bursitis.  Several articles I read referred the reader to a bed called Bragada. I was already searching for a better nights sleep and thought it would be interesting to find out what this "Bragada" was all about.

I had been considering another competitor bed but the cost was too prohibitive.  I went to the Bragada website and was intrigued by what I saw and the information that was available. I was also more comfortable with the pricing.

I had been sleeping on a conventional mattress all my life and was very dissatisfied.  The thought of getting a really good nights sleep was utmost in my mind.  I have multiple sclerosis and had not slept well for several years due to the pain in my legs, hips, etc.

The Bragada mattress has been an answer to all the painful problems associated with me medical condition.  I am so happy with my results I talked my elderly mother into one the Bragada beds.  She swears she sleeps better than she ever has.

I would never go back to a conventional mattress. I Love This Bed!!!!

Best Matteress I've ever tried!!!!!

By

from Waterford, MI

Comments about Bragada The Crowne Mattress - All Sizes:

We bought 2 bragada matteresses for a home in Arizona over the internet.  Not only were they delivered right to the house they are the most comfortable matteresses I have ever slept on.  We own Kings Down at your primary residence but I would much rather sleep on the bragada.  I have sleep issues and get up severel times a night except when I'm sleeping on the bragada.  I sleep all night wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go in the morning.  We got the low end matteress but they are GREAT!!!!! would recommend them to anyone and so easy to order right online and have delivered to your home with no delivery charges to boot.
