Brach's - CANDY CORN Review

Brach's Candy corn is made with real honey.  That is the only good thing I found about it plus the taste and the festive colors.  Honey is the fourth ingredient.

Here are all the ingredients: Sugar, corn syrup salt, honey, confectioner's glaze, gelatin, dextrose, artificial colors (Titanium dioxide, yellow 6, yellow 5 red 3, blue 1) sesame oil, artificial flavor. 

Not a fan of artificial stuff but what do you expect for 99 cents.  I got a 10 oz. bag from my mom.  Not too many were broken so that was a plus.

The bag states America's #1 candy corn that plus made with real honey.  I guess that's how they try to sell you a bag full of pure sugar and artificial stuff. 

I had a handful and was about to throw the rest of it in the trash but now I think I will be saving it to make turkey cookies with them.  You can decorate the cookies with them to make beaks or turkey feathers.  I saw the beaks done on the Noggin preschool channel my daughter watches.  However I will be making the easier pillsbury version since I am bad at making my own dough.  Just buy the ready to bake sugar cookies and decorate.
