I grew up raising dogs and never thought that one dog breed could posses so many great traits! Boxers are loyal, funny, protective, and very obedient. They are always in need of attention though and do best with someone who can give it. They are great to have in a family with small children. They would absolutely put their life on the line to protect the baby of he house. On the down side of the boxer breed is just how much attention they need. It is just like having a 4 year old. Boxers do best if they have a routine as well. Bump them from their regular schedule and they will even become sad and depressed.
