I purchased this from a friend who never seem to find time to use it. I have a family of five - and I have found that you are able to maxamize your at home exercise with this machine. not a great machine, but is adequate for the beginner

I saw the infomercials. Don't believe the hype. This machine is not for serious body builders. If you're used to doing certain exercises (bench press, leg curl, and others), you will need to adjust. The bench press is actually on an incline. You can not do a leg curl even with the optional leg extension.... review »

Better body by Bowflex

A year ago my husband decided it was time to "get in shape" so he decided to buy a Bowflex.

He searched through the internet and without asking my opinion or letting me take a look around, he purchased one. Mind you now, he picked a nice model and several attachments and ended up paying $1500 for the unit and delivery. (he's not one for research) So you can see I wasn't a very happy camper about that!

This is a great work out system.  You can work out every muscle from your own home and don't even need to step foot in the gym.  I love how the seat moves since I am a bit short.  I would recommend this product to everyone and have even purchased one for my daughter.

Don't believe the hype, I worked out for 6 month's just as they said and didn't  see any of the results. just a big dent in my wallet.  For the price this machine just doesn't live up to all it's hype. Don't waste your money on this product.
