I purchased this from a friend who never seem to find time to use it. I have a family of five - and I have found that you are able to maxamize your at home exercise with this machine. You are able to work many areas of the body including your abs (ladies). We all commit to a 30 minute routine 5 out of 7 days without much difficulty!
