Bowflex Xtreme Se Gym Review

Everyone has heard of the bowflex gyms and knows what they are all about, and while they are great for home workouts, it is not a complete gym.  If prefer the ease of working out at home without spending thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars on multiple machines, the bowflex works out well for you.  If you prefer having multiple machines to do workouts, and many variations, and the option of multiple cardio workouts, the gym would be a better fit.  However if you like simple to use, easy workouts from home then this is a wonderful fit.
