This is a great piece of equipment. You get a very good work out and it isn't hard on the knees. The only complaint I have is that it is big. My husband got this for me as a surprise and I was a little bit afraid at first but once I got on and got it all calibrated it was really easy to get going. I first tried this machine at a military base and was instantly hooked; while I was on temporary duty there I would not use any other machine.  It got my heart rate right up there like i had been running, without all the knee and joint pain.  I would recommend the Bowflex Treadclimber Treadmill for anyone, beginners and seasoned athletes.

I recently recieved a Bowflex Treadclimber Treadmill, and I have to say, it is the best treadmill for strenthening your leg muscles. I tried walking, and had to endure too much pain,  however, with the Bowflex Treadclimber  Treadmill, I  am having no problems and no pain. Its absolutely the best!
