This is a great piece of equipment. You get a very good work out and it isn't hard on the knees. The only complaint I have is that it is big. My husband got this for me as a surprise and I was a little bit afraid at first but once I got on and got it all calibrated it was really easy to get going. I used it for one half hour each day and I felt like I was getting a great workout. It has a key that you clip on you so if you fall it will shut off. I first tried this machine at a military base and was instantly hooked; while I was on temporary duty there I would not use any other machine. It got my heart rate right up there like i had been running, without all the knee and joint pain. I would recommend the Bowflex Treadclimber Treadmill for anyone, beginners and seasoned athletes.

the bowflex tredmill is a great product for the money.the convience of a gym work out in the convience of your very own home.the results you will get is indeed very satisfying.it closes up for convient storage, in your own home.just think of the gas you will save owning this product no more trips to the gym.you can work out any time when you have the time.no baby sitters are needed, kids can watch and make it a fun time.i hve used this product and can not say enough good things about it.i find the bowflex to be the best purchase i have ever made.

I recently recieved a Bowflex Treadclimber Treadmill, and I have to say, it is the best treadmill for strenthening your leg muscles. I tried walking, and had to endure too much pain, however, with the Bowflex Treadclimber Treadmill, I am having no problems and no pain. Its absolutely the best!
