Bowflex Selecttech Dumbbells — 

I like the selecttech dumbbells because they are like having an entire set in one. they are strong sturdy and allows you hands to have the same grip consistency at all times. They are also very economical. Furthermore because it is made by bowlflex, rest assured you will get many years of great use.
