I bought this product for my New Years Resolution to lose weight and gain muscle. So far it has been 30 days and I lost 12 pounds and lost 5% body fat. I Use this product 30 minutes a day (4 Days a week.) along with eating right and sleeping 7 hours a day This product is easy to use and is great for small rooms/dorms.
