  Hello, I would like to take a minute to say that I love the bowflex! Its so easy to use. Its easy to set up and the training video is very helpful.  I specially like the wall chart that shows you all the different exercises you can do.  I am a stay home mom with 4 kids so its way to difficult for me to try to go to the gym. I can work out while the kids are napping! I think its important to stay fit.
