I love this stuff!  When my first child got a diaper rash, I used the stuff that came in one of her baby shower gifts.  It worked okay.  Then she got a really stubborn rash that was so bad that I called the pediatrician's office.  They recommended the Butt Paste.  I went out and got it and saw immediate results.  It's not sticky the way some diaper rash products are.  It also doesn't smell bad.  It works every time.  We just had our second child and when we were receiving our discharge instructions from the hospital, they also recommended the Butt Paste if we had diaper rash.  I love this stuff so much that when my cousin was expecting twins, I included two tubes in her shower presents and told her not to even bother trying anything else!
