Boudreaux's Butt Paste Diaper Rash Cream — 

This is the BEST diaper rash treatment you can get without a doctor's appointment.

It does cost slightly more then others, but lasts longer since you will be using less. It is also good for chapped cheeks - so common during the winter months.

I have seem really sad diaper rashes (when bits of skin come off) and butt paste works on them - quickly.
