Boudreaux's Butt Paste Diaper Rash Cream — 

I am a foster parent to many drug affected infants and toddlers. Sometimes diaper rashes are expected due to the drugs. Bordoeux butt paste is the one diaper rash cream that i have found to clear up a rash FAST. It also seems to soothe a cranky baby.
