I've had to try every diaper rash product and the butt paste worked just as well as anything else I've used. It's smell was a bit offensive to me and I did not enjoy the thickness of the paste. It smell was the worst of it, but in the end I could compare it to anything else I have tried. I think washing and keeping the baby clean and dry was my best bet. I would recommend this to other mothers just because every rash is different and that it could possibly help.
