7 hard to please bottoms all agree that Boudreaux's Butt Paste is the only way to go. We used to provide foster care for newborns and tried everything. We tried Butt Paste and haven't purchased another product since. We deal with children who often have very sensitive skin and chronic diaper rash issues. I've used it from newborns all the way up to my 5 year old. I would buy this stuff by the gallon if it were available.
