Good to use even for those w/ sensitve skin

Pros

    Works better than anything on the market, clears up diaper rash quick, pleasant smell, easy to spread

Cons
    not enough advertising, slightly expensive

I, like others, was reluctant to use this because of the name.  My daugher had very bad ecxema when she was an infant and we were unable to use most of the diaper rash creams out there becuase of how sensitive her skin was.  But this was one that we could use and she had no reaction to it.
