Botanic Spa Beauty By Nature Chamomile Eye Serum doesn't work, I'm sad to say.  This is a product that sadly; I would never use again.  I received this as a Christmas gift and I would not have picked it, if I were buying it as a gift for myself.  The may reason I'm so disappointed with this product is because it does not do what it claims it will do.  It is supposed to remove puffiness under and around your eyes and take years off of them, but that is not what happens.  It really doesn't do a thing.  I don't notice a difference at all.  The texture of this product is annoying; I say that because it just doesn't feel good when you rub it under your eye area.  It is ridiculously hard to remove this product from its very, very small container.  It has a roll on your face container, but you can't get anything to come out so you can use it.  At one point, I had to remove the roller part of it and hit it on my hand so I could get some of the product out.  The container I have is (9 grams) which means there isn't much it.  I do like the fact that it smells okay, but the smell isn't anything to write home about.  It does have chamomile in it, which is always good.  The price of this product for the way it does "not" work is pretty outrageous.  These are the reasons I give this product "one star".   I am going to have to rate this product on a scale of "1-10" a "2".  I'm sad to say that I would "not" recommend this product because it is a failure for what it is supposed to accomplish.
