I got one of these for Christmas, and I love it. The sound quality is just incredible from such a small unit. Comes in literally, Loud and crystal clear! The ipod menu can be accessed from the remote, which is another nifty feature and the portability makes it handy for trip to the creek or beach or a picnic or where ever. The Bose SoundDock Portable Music Pack Docking station provides excellent sound quality from your ipod. It is compatible with all ipod models (except the 1gb shuffle), and provides amazing acoustics even when used outside. 

Bose has incredible customer service and warranties, it is renound for its sound quality, and this has been particularly versatile and fun to use. It is rather expensive, but if you are searching for an ipod dock, it is worth the money, your music sounds incredibly crisp and can fill the room as if you had surround sound.
