Bose - In-ear headphones Review

I have to admit even with a top of the line sound, which Bose is well known for, these ear-bubs just don't cut it for me overall. On the one hand you have an out of this world sound and on the other you have ear-buds that don't stay in place no matter what size ear attachments (3 sizes come with in sm med & lg) you use. This has not been the case for all (which is why I still would recommend them) but I have run across a few that have had the same problem. Add to that having to send in the ear-bubs repeatedly because of a short in the cord and you would think that I would be ready to rip Bose a new one but that's not the case when "you pay for quality" because with every-time that something went wrong Bose went out of their way to make it right. As much as I love these ear-bubs it all came down to either getting another pair by another brand or keep getting a replacement pair but Bose stepped up to the plate and sent an upgraded pair at no cost to me! We would like to think our hard earned dollars mean something to these companies and Bose makes certain that their customer and their money are both greatly appreciated!
