Although I am a big Sony devotee, I really love my Bose headphones.  I used Sony headphones for years, and received a pai of Bose as a gift.  The sound and comfort are outstanding.  I often take these with me when I travel and the perform very well.  If you can swing the price, I highly recommend them.  It's hard to use anything else after becoming accusotmed to the top notch sound qualitiy of these.
