Purchased Bosch washing machine 2 years ago and use just for my wife and I. During year 2 it quit spinning and we called a repair man. Cost was $400 for a motor control board!!! Almost 1/2 the cost of the machine. It gets better - the repair man called the factory to get some help and all they did is just suggest various parts he could order (we pay for) until the machine was fixed. Lucky? for us the first one fixed it. I e-mailed the factory to complain about the high cost of repair, low use and age of our machine, and to see if they would help - and ?- you guessed it - no reply!! So my suggestion is to keep lots of money back for repair and don't count on the factory even recognizing you own the machine.
