Great machine for my family. Large capacity Energy Efficiency This is a "HE" machine (High Efficiency) which uses considerably less water and energy to run. I also find that you do not need as much detergent with any machines, with great results. Cleaning Time A bit longer cycle, but well worth the time it takes to wash a load of clothes. Performance Excellent cleaning, spins out water very well. Ease of Use Very user friendly, never even had to open the manual. Design Easy to use, although as with any front loader, you need to bend over to load and unload the machine. I would invest in the pedestal or plan to put on a raised surface. Durability I have owned this machine for over a year with no complaints, holding up very well.

I love the front loading Bosch. I was able to get a great price on the pair. The only complaint I have is that it tends to get midewy around the rubber gasket at the front door. Otherwise, it is great! Clean clothes with very little water and detergent. Also my clothes don't look like they have been through a battle after going through the wash cycle!
