still getting acquainted w/my Bosch

Got the Bosch Nexxt 500 about a month ago. I have a few issues so far. 1st, I don't think the capacotu is really that big. I am used to the traditional top loaders and this doesn't seem to hold as much laundy. Second, I am still dealing with a door problem. The first time i used it, the door closed fine. Then after that the door does not close properly. I have to give the door a good hip check or press my body against it until the 'door locked' light comes on, otherwise I just get the irritating buzzing sound that alerts you there's an error and the wash won't start. Bosch tech came 2 wks ago and said there was a problem w/ a part. Said he would order it and come back to replace. Well he came back to replace it last week and said that wasn' the problem and now as to replace the door. He's supposed to come this week but I am thinking I should be qualified to just get a new machine if this doesn't remedy the issue. Its a shame to spend so much on a machine that is ends up needing to be repaired immediately. I also noticed a weird problem w/the dryer. I thought it has a sensor inside that tells the machine how long to dry. well I press the dryer button and a time of 1 hour comes up but then the machine stops after a few mins and everything is still damp. Why does that happen? I have to stay near the dryer so I can keep restarting it till my load is dry. This doesn't happen everytime but it has happened with a few different loads I did. Once I stopped the dryer to add an item and other time when I was drying a comforter. anyone have an answer for that?
