Bosch Nexxt Washer - 500 Front Load Review

This Bosch Nexxt 500 Series front lader washing machine has never cleaned my laundry well since the day I purchased it in February 2007.  I had the repairman out multiple times the first year warranty.  He changed out various parts that were not functional but it still does not clean any better. It doesn't show any standing water in the drum at any point in the washing or rince cycles so I believe the laundry just isn't getting enough water to properly clean.  the repairman said I should NEVER see any water but I disagree.  You have to get laundry wet to get it clean.  Now I am using the five year extended warranty and have seen that repairman 3 times and so far it still doesn't clean properly.  i purchased this at Lowes and I just want it replaced as it is such a lemon.  In fact I would prefer to have a different brand of washer all together.  All my previous front loaders of other brands were wonderful and I was very satisfied with them.  I purchased the Bosch because of a review in Consumer reports and because of the larger drum size of my previous front-loaders.
